November12, 2008
Haveri: Karnataka police on November 2 disrupted the Sunday worship service based on the accusation of "forced" conversion against the Christians in Thimannakatte village, Haveri district, Karnataka.
According to Christian Legal Association, the police personnel barged into the house church of Dheiwah Ministry and stopped the worship service based on the accusation of the local people against Pastor Nagaraj of forcible conversion. The police also warned the pastor to take prior permission to conduct future worship meetings.
