Ø More Christians have been martyred in the 20th century than in the previous 19 centuries combined.
Ø In the year 2006, around 178 persecution cases were reported.
Ø Till September 2007, around 172 cases of persecution were brought to light.
Ø It is estimated that only 25% cases of persecution cases were registered.
